Description
Re purposed beer barrel. Set with a stained glass top depicting Koi carp swimming, with bubbles, in a beautiful clear pond of green/blue glass. The Koi themselves are made from orange and white glass and grey and wispy grey/clear glass to reflect the translucent nature of the fins.
Those knowledgeable in all things Koi will recognise the much revered ` Tancho ‘ koi, bred to bring out the red or orange Rising Sun or Red Crowned Crane markings.
The stained glass is framed in copper piping and there is a safety glass topping to enable you to use the barrel as a table (which we do at home!).
Battery operated lights have been fitted, which provide a multitude of lighting options, or may be removed if you feel you don’t need them. In the garden, during the warmer weather, the light is lovely.
